Architect: T2.a Architects Ltd.

Structure: New office building of a Hungarian civil engineering company in Buda. Basement + 3 floors. Vertical support and bracing of the building is provided by a central reinforced concrete elevator shaft, in the facades the exposed surface monolithic reinforced concrete edge beams are supported by steel columns.

Specialty: The structure shows simplicity and a clean harmony through the combination of reinforced concrete and steel. The exterior steel pillars, when detached as a facade structure, create a floating feeling.
