Structure: Three-storey residential buildings with lightweight CLT wood panel construction. The wooden "boxes", built quickly and at low cost, are surrounded by a steel-framed suspended corridor.

Specialty: The low-weight CLT building structure avoided the use of costly deep foundations. The carbon footprint of the buildings is extremely low due to the timber construction.
