Structure: The project will consist of 11 monolithic pillar frame buildings, 2-3 storeys high, with separate superstructures but a common basement. A total of 130 apartments with an average floor area of 85m2 will be built.

Specialty: The technically optimal structural solutions had to be found under extremely complex soil conditions.
